Current pasta offerings in addition to our new Mezzi Rigatoni include Bucatini, Elbow Macaroni, Garganelli, Gemelli and Spaghetti. And, of course, all of these pastas have been handcrafted on our old world Italian pasta machines with bronze cut dies that create a gritty texture to hold to sauce on the pasta. All of our pastas are top 9 allergen and gluten-free, vegan and Kosher.

Recipe Transition Notice
Purefetta is transitioning to an updated clean-ingredient recipe that improves texture while maintaining our core standards: gluten-free, vegan, top 9 allergen–free, non-GMO, and kosher.
Because inventory varies by region, customers in certain areas may receive either the original or the updated recipe during this transition period.
Both recipes meet the same certifications and clean-label commitments.
