By placing an order through this Site you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
   
   
2. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.  All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
   
   
3. The contract between us:
   1. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. 
   2. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you an email confirming that the foods which you ordered have been sent to you.
   3. The contract will be with respect to the foods listed in the email.
      
      
4. Pricing
   1. While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the Site are accurate, errors may occur.  If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you about this as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If either of us cancel for this reason and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
   2. When noted on our Site, delivery costs will be charged as an additional charge. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.
      
      
5. Coupons and Discounts. Only one coupon code can be applied per order. If more than one coupon is used in an order, we will use only the highest percentage discount. The remaining coupons will be cancelled.
   
   
6. 1. Upon receiving your order we perform a standard authorization check with respect to your payment card and debit your card for the agreed amount. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched, the deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of the purchased goods listed in the confirmation email.
   2. We use a secure third party service provider to process all payments you make from us. You should read and understand the terms on which that service provider accepts and processes that payment a link to which is provided to you as part of the purchase process. By transacting on our Site, you are deemed to have read and accepted those terms. We are not responsible to you for any breach of those terms by the service provider.
      
      
7. Change. CT reserves the right to change our terms of sale from time to time. We encourage you to review CT’s shipping policy on a regular basis.
