Why the change?
The more we shared our pasta with others, the more "the perfect pasta" was used to describe the wonderful taste and texture, aligning with the pure and clean ingredients - and for food service, a single source solution.
Our new brand: Purefetta™, The Perfect Pasta®. In Italian, Perfetta means "Perfect." We blended two words together to reflect our core values, along with keeping the sound of such a beautiful phrase.
What remains the same?
Everything you love about our pasta. All our products remain
gluten-free, vegan, top 9 allergen-free, and kosher, ensuring everyone can
enjoy them with confidence. Using old-world bronze cut dies, our pasta delivers
the same authentic taste and texture that rivals freshly made wheat pasta.

Our Story
The spark that started our parent company, Charlie'sTable®, was a conversation during a journey on a bicycle ride across Manhattan. The riders were both coming from a hospital where they’d spent time caring for their mutual friend Charlie. Charlie was known for his compassionate, exemplar lifestyle, charitable work and sharing fresh, nutritious food and companionship with family and friends at his kitchen table.
